Salmon

Orange Roughy

Remember fast food is fat food! The
best way to avoid fast food is to not go
there in the first place!! Having it every
once in a while is fine, but it shouldn't
be a part of your regular diet.
Soda
Just like fast food, you
should try to avoid it.
There is nothing good
for you in soda.  Once
in a while is alright. It
should not be
consumed daily.
That includes diet soda.
